Who was it that Paul claims to have seen? Isn't it Satan that masquerades as an angel of light.

This post is not a lesson, but simply an indication of the level of ignorance or disregard of Bible truth. The intention for posting it is not to smear the person or their comment, but to highlight the need for sound doctrine and proper instruction in God's Word. There is a great need out there on social media for sound, rightly divided truth. Every bit of truth out there helps those who are truly seeking it.

INITIAL POST:

… but when God converted Paul on the Damascus Road, God gave him a completely new gospel and doctrine for the Gentiles.

The above quote comes from this source post.

COMMENT ON THE SOURCE POST:

God gives a complete stranger who was taught by GAMALIEL a new Gospel and doctrine, whilst the disciple of Jesus who were blessed with the holy spirit where deprived of this message. Hmmm, makes you think who the antichrist actually is.

Who was it that Paul claims to have seen; the one who came to him in the form of light.

Then Paul goes to the Jews to preach the new Gospel, and they reject him, and then he goes to the Jews in Antioch, and they reject him, until he goes to those who have no concept about Jesus and God, and he preaches to these gentiles, and they show interest in his preachings…..so who created Christianity?

MY REPLY:

Your comments do not provide me much confidence that you put faith in the Bible as God’s infallible and inerrant truth. If you believe the Bible is God’s Word, then EVERYTHING in it is truth. Do you really think God would have allowed Paul and his ministry to be entered into the pages of the Bible if it was a lie and false. Paul wrote half of the New Testament under the inspiration of the Spirit of God.

To say that Paul was ministering lies administered by Satan (disguised in light / or the antichrist), utterly nullifies your argument in this regard. Before you even consider judging Paul, I’d recommend that you first judge your own heart and faith in the Bible as the pure words of God.

Oh, and can I remind you that even Jesus was judged by the Pharisees to be casting out devils by the power of Beelzebub, Matt 12:24.

Jesus also has a good point in this verse below,

Luk 11:18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand?
