Correcting someone's claims that the Mystery program is the New Covenant

CLAIMS:

What you are calling the mystery program is the new covenant and is supposed to be understood spiritually with a spiritual mind. It is definitely prophesied about all the way through the Bible. The term mystery program is not biblical, and this division is not a division at all but what the spiritual truth of the new covenant should be and what all Christians should learn.

CORRECTION:

For most of my Christian life I supported your views, but after learning and applying right dividing, the scriptures became much less confusing and contradictory. The Bible was just a book for 40 years of my life; now it is a treasure trove of truth and a blueprint of God’s wisdom and redemption. Right division has opened up the scriptures in ways which it NEVER did when I held my previous views.

I’m not writing this to change your views. I’m simply clarifying what I believe based on a few of the comments in your reply.

I do not see the mystery program as the New Covenant. The reason is because God never made any covenants with Gentiles. All covenants are made with Israel. All covenants are connected to the prophetic scriptures. The grace dispensation today is not prophetic. It’s a mystery that was kept secret until God revealed it to Paul.

I agree that the New Covenant was prophesied about all the way through the Old Testament and Gospels. There is nothing secret about the New Covenant. This covenant was to replace the old Mosaic Covenant that was given to Israel. When Jesus comes in His second advent, He will confirm the New Covenant over the remnant of Israel, and this will become the constitution of the Millennial Kingdom. Thus, during the grace dispensation, extending from Paul to the rapture, there is no covenant in operation, old or new.

You mentioned that the term mystery program which is not biblical. Well, the word ‘program’ is not. That is just me trying to label the dispensations. The word ‘mystery’ is definitely biblical. Paul uses it many times in his writings. He himself labels his doctrine and mysteries, because they cannot be found in the prophetic scriptures. He even goes as far as to say they are ‘unsearchable’ in the scriptures before he revealed them, Eph 3:8.

Lastly, you also wrote that “the division is not a division at all but what the spiritual truth of the new covenant should be.” I disagree with this because if you classify Paul's writings as part of the New Covenant, then it nullifies everything he wrote. Paul mentions this is Galatians,

Gal 5:1-4  Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.  (2)  Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.  (3)  For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.  (4)  Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

Though Paul is dealing with circumcision and the law in this passage, these two attributes represent everything else about prophetic scriptures and the Kingdom. Paul says that if believers go down this path, they place themselves under the law and thus have fallen from grace, making Christ of no profit and no effect. This, which Paul was speaking against, is all part of Israel’s prophetic scriptures which does not belong to us, is not our doctrine, and is not for our application. When one separates the prophetic ‘program’ (or scriptures) from the mystery ‘program’ (or scriptures), by rightly dividing, then this becomes evident, and you start to understand scripture in its correct context.

I have not added much scripture qualifications, but it you need proof of what I have written above, please ask for references.
